Privacy Policy

This policy explains how burbielab (the "operator") handles personal data on burbielab.com and the tools under it (Rate Lens, Photo Shrink). Equalook (equalook.burbielab.com) has its own privacy policy.

1. What we collect

We do not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no signup, no cookies, no analytics scripts and no ads.

2. What each tool handles

• Rate Lens — your browser asks the public exchange-rate service Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev) for rates directly. Like any web request, that service sees your IP address and the currencies requested. We do not receive or store those requests. The currencies and amount you choose stay in this browser's storage (localStorage) only, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
• Photo Shrink — photos you pick are resized and converted inside this browser only. Neither the photos nor the data inside them (such as location) are sent anywhere.

3. Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process access logs (IP address, browser information, request time) for security and operations. We only look at the visit totals and per-country counts Cloudflare shows, and we do not collect records that identify individuals. Cloudflare's processing follows its own privacy policy.

4. Outside links

"Buy me a coffee" takes you to Buy Me a Coffee. Anything you enter there follows that service's policy; we only see the name and message a supporter chooses to share.

5. Children

Because we collect no personal data, we do not ask for age.

6. Contact and changes

Send privacy questions to equalook.help@gmail.com. We answer requests required by law within 10 days. If this policy changes, we post a notice on this page 7 days before it takes effect. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
